Hello! I'm Teara F. Stewart, your Alliianc3 Architect.

 

Over the years, I’ve developed a range of skills and tools designed to help your organization enhance teamwork, foster collaboration, and improve communication. My approach focuses on recognizing and amplifying the strengths of each team member, creating a supportive environment where the collective effort truly surpasses the sum of its parts.

 

Having been part of the working world since the age 15, I’ve witnessed firsthand how disconnection among team members can affect overall morale and performance. I’ve seen how a single unhappy team member can impact not just the team, but also the organization and those it serves. This experience has inspired me to dedicate myself to helping teams build stronger relational and emotional intelligence.

About Teara

Teara Stewart is a devoted minister of the Gospel and a dedicated professional with a rich background. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration with a concentration in Information Technology and is currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Theology and Religious Studies. As a 14-time best-selling author, including her solo work *The Emergence of a Leader*, and an international speaker, Teara has made a significant impact in her field. She lives in Louisiana with her husband and three sons, striving to make a positive difference in the lives of those around her.

 

As the Founder of The Leader Tree Consulting Group, Teara is recognized for her expertise in team harmonization and leadership. With over a decade of experience as a Dental Practice Manager, and having served as the former President of the Louisiana Chapter of the American Association of Dental Office Managers, she has a deep understanding of the dental field and more importantly the inner workings of what it takes to build a strong team. Currently, she manages a successful dental practice in the Baton Rouge area and enjoys teaching emerging leaders about administration.

 

Teara's talents extend beyond her roles in dental office management and education. Her strong communication and customer service skills, along with her ability to build meaningful relationships, have been key to her success. Her organizational skills and goal-oriented mindset drive impressive results, while her experience as a certified behavioral analyst brings a unique perspective to her leadership style.

 

Through her work as a John Maxwell certified trainer, speaker, and coach, Teara help others unbox their potential and achieve their goals. As a Board Certified Belief Therapist, she has supported many individuals in overcoming personal challenges. Her participation in the Baton Rouge Business Report Leadership program highlights her recognized leadership abilities. Teara Stewart is more than a Dental Office Manager and Educator; she is a force for positive change.
